Heavenly Good M&S Cocoa Dusted liquid Salted Caramel Chocolate - Looking for a Valentines gift?

 

 

This is one of the best chocolates I have ever tasted, the dusted liquid salted caramel chocolate made with Belgian Dark Chocolate 72%cocoa. My hubby bought it for me during our visit to the Raffles City shopping mall located at City Hall, Singapore. It was on the rack of M&S Food. The price was slightly on the higher side. However, they were having a promotion, as the best before date left only for a month. So we bought it at nine dollar++ for 120g of chocolates.

The ingredients listed on the labelling is a must read for us before purchasing any edible goods. The ingredients for this chocolate including sugar, cocoa mass, whipping cream (milk), cocoa butter, cocoa powder, glucose syrup, butterfat (milk), emulsifier, soya lecithin, sea salt and vanilla extract. There was not too much additive, so it's definitely within our consideration range. It was made in the UK.

The packaging box was pleasant looking and smooth to touch at. Opened it up, the chocolates were packed in a plastic bag and then wrapped with a piece of golden paper. Grabbing a chocolate, your hand would be dusted with the cocoa powder. I love the texture when you bite it, where the melted caramel flowing into the mouth, the balance between sweetness and saltiness immediately bring the satisfaction to our crave. The different texture between the chocolate husk and the fillings further enhance the deliciousness.

I believe dark chocolates fans will definitely love it. If you are looking for a Valentines gift, I would recommend this chocolate for dark chocolate lovers.
